Crispy Buffalo Wings (pics - no forks)

Options
Raised indirect at 400-425 with jalapeño poppers on the bottom. Dry rub of DP Swamp Venom, Fiesta Chicken Rub and corn starch. Poppers were stuffed with chopped green chile and shredded cheese. Wings were sauced towards the end with Frank's Buffalo sauce and thrown back on to finish. Happy Saturday!
