Hello. Im TnJed. Been cooking on Eggs for a long time. The Egg at my house is around 20 years old. Just rebuilt it. 3 eggs currently, and we also have some different IR grilles and such.
Next purchase will probably be an Old Country Smoker.
One of the newer rigs.

Welcome sir. I had to do a search on Old Country Smoker. Around here we cal the an Oklahoma Joe or Side By Side, but some look like a Good One Marshall too. They are priced nice, but if I am getting a stand alone smoker I am getting a Good One Marshal. I like this one.

That Good One Marshall is awesome! Ill probably start with a OCS, just because price point, and it will be my first side by side smoker.“All normal people love meat … You don’t win friends with salad.” - Homer Simpson
