I liked the way the rat prepared it.

Using the Black Cast Iron grill, Plate Setter,
and a BBQ Guru temp controller.
Medium BGE in custom modified off-road nest.

Pretty easy just a lot of chopping... I added a healthy dose of red pepper flakes and increased the garlic as well. Used some red wine to deglaze the pan a bit as wellhenapple said:I love that movie....gotta make that.MSV Chill Spot
