Easter Turkey breast

i threw a 8.5lbs turkey breast on today for Easter. Set the stoker at 350 just to use it for the first time, and let it roll.
Brined with a herb blend and salt pepper sugar. Rubbed half with dizzy dust, and half with mickeys.
Turned er out excellent in about 3-1/2 hours with cherry wood.

Fantastic! Glad even though it probably wasn't a necessity for this cook the Stoker worked well.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.
