    That's a bunch of wings! I'm going for 40 on the MM next time! And a new recipe! Also doing a brisket fSat all day with my Flame Boss 100 as a test. I'll post pics!

    I was hungry.  Wings are one of my favorites.

    And definitely post pics of the brisket.

    I learned along time ago from Sam & Ella's Restaurant not to cook wings in a pile unless you pay strict attention to detail. Take your time and do two batches. Please do not serve me piled up wings after dark, lol
