Mom's Birthday Celebration

Mom's Birthday is Monday but, we decided to have our family gathering last night.
HuskerMaMa & I decorated a bit.
Mom requested simple burgers and dogs.
Turkey Sliders»»» 2# Ground Turkey breast meat, chopped fresh cilantro, diced red onion, diced jalapenos, craisins, lite S&P and one egg for binder.
Made into sliders and decided to make some bacon for burger condiments and to add into the baked beans.
Bacon and sliders cooked on CI pan at around 375℉ direct. Cooked sliders just long enough to sear and then finished on raised direct grid.
Burgers and dogs raised direct. Finished burgers on CI grid with some PeppperJack & Provolone.
The spread and plated. HuskerMaMa also made fresh chunky salsa and fresh guacamole.
