BACON!!!!, lettuce, tomato, mayo (of course), lightly toasted bread, pickles, lettuce, and red onions. Blue cheese crumbles
Smoked for 30 minutes at 250 until burger was 140. Got egg to 500 and seared both sides

Very nice looking burger. What's interesting, is that my choice of fixins is virtually identical to yours.
I'm not a fan of bread though. I prefer a crusty roll to hold it all together.Phoenix -
Usually fresh ground ribeye, brisket flat, or beef chuck. Tear apart a couple slices of bread, some rub, and an egg for a binder. Cooked raised direct at 400, then seared. Served on a fresh roll, with tartar sauce and cheese. I'm gonna try the cast iron method next time as I prefer a nice crust on my burgers. And for @Griffin, served with Tots and Fries! Of course a nice beer to wash it all down. Cheers!

easiest for me is cast iron skillet on a gas stove. saute mushrooms and onions, push to side of pan, add burgers. flip once, add cheese and pile on mushrooms and onions, put lid on skillet for couple minutes to melt cheese. total burger cook time approx 20 minutes, fries go in oven first, then wait 10 minutes before starting burgers. eating in 35. t

Here is what I dubbed the "Belly" Buster Burger. It's 100% ground sirloin topped with sharp cheddar, fried bacon and pulled bbq pork belly.

The build starting from the bun on the bottom gets a good coating of Litehouse brand chunky bleu cheese dressing then the burger which was rubbed with Arizona Dreaming, garlic salt and DP Cow Lick. At the end of the grilling I put gobs of grated mild cheddar cheese to melt on. Then grilled onions and topped with bacon. The top bun gets a good coat of Wild Boar BBQ sauce. YUMMY!!! In fact this is what I am also fixing tonight in spite of the predicted -8 degree weather!!!
