Hello everyone,
I am new to the forum. I am a contributing member on several bbq forums and I am a huge fan of kamado cooking. I do not currently own a BGE however, I have 3 kamado Joes, a 13" jr, an 18" classic and a 24" big joe. I spoke with Big Green Craig on the kamado guru site and told him that I would love to join this forum too.
I promise never to get in any this is better than that debate with anyone on this forum. I just love learning more about kamado cooking and hopefully contributing to others looks for food advice.
I hope you can look past my lack of BGE equipment and accept me on the fact that I share the same love that you do for great food and ceramic cookers!!!
This website opens me up to even more kamado related posts!
Thanks
bosco

this was my pizza that I did tonight. I cooked it at 800 degrees and it was -18 outside!! fresh home made dough with pepperoni, mushroom, green olive, sundried tomato and hot peppers. Perfect crust!!The second meal is fish and shrimp tacos. I made a home made chipotle sauce for the tacos. Marinated Mahi-Mahi in a cilantro, lime and ancho chilli powder marinade and the shrimp was a chipotle compound butter.
