DIL wanted pulled pork…Did a Mickey’s Turbo cook…so good
Meatball sandwich tonight. Meatballs from Jimmys Itialian store....If you live in the DFW area and have not been to Jimmys...Go! You will not be disappointed. Meatballs started on the egg and cooked until 145 then moved to the tomato sauce to finish. Love cooking on the egg. One pot to clean, egg self cleaning.
