Just a little Christmas dinner for us.

A nice little stuffed and bacon wrapped pork tender loin.

I hope it is close to being as good as the one @SGH cooked at the Brisket Camp.

    I had a blast with all of yall as well. Brother i will be Salado bound with Unit #7 in tow. Heavy one Party Monster! DMW is going to test run the big Unit. I have wanted to watch him cook since I joined the forum. I'm not missing out!!
