    If you can possibly give me around a weeks notice, I will have some goat heads and beef eyes waiting that we can cook. A Dixie delicacy for sure.

    Will do, I'll know a month or two in advance....Mexico in February so hoping for April, we will be in Dallas in March , hoping to do Salado but I think we may be a week off
