2 Eggs tonight.

Running late tonight, had a real hectic day. Nothing special, just a few southern staples. Wings and country style ribs on the large BGE and some patty sausage on the mini. For sides, stewed squash, snap beans and potatoes with cheese and cheese. Noting fancy, but it will make a decent turd.

@SGH‌, I want to see a YouTube video of you devouring all this food. Just seems impossible. You should go head to head with Joey Chestnut.

Thanks brother. But no, I'm not ready to go back yet. Oh well, it won't be bad at all though.

Would you really like to see me eat? If so, you pick the meal and I will cook it over the holidays and get brother Nola to film me eating it. How about 150 oysters and a 2 pound ribeye? Would that be convincing enough? You pick it brother stem and I will eat it. I hope you pick the oysters and steak though. They are one of my favorites.

You'll want to wear those shark-proof gloves if your hands are anywhere near SGH's mouth when he's "feeding".

@SGH will eat the shells too, but that limits him to only 100 oysters and a 1 pound ribeye. ;)

What are you cooking for ... an orphanage?  My god, your eggs must have come with a Jenny Craig subscription!!  Geeez, two chicken breasts on the egg tonight for us and I'll be eating them for lunch today and tomorrow.  Going to have to buy a mini just so my cooks like close in size to yours. Mumble, mumble, grumble ...

Nice looking food ... my hat's off to you my friend.

First, thank you for the very kind words. Next, if you do not have a mini I highly recommend one. For small cooks and certain items it really excels. It's up to temp in the blink of a eye, uses minimal lump and is a searing machine. It will never replace the larger eggs when a large cooking area is needed, but there are numerous times where the larger eggs are just not needed and this is where the little mini really shines. I honestly wish that I would have bought one years ago. The little mini is a awesome addition to ones cooking arsenal. I highly recommend it. For grilled shrimp, the mini is the only thing that I will use now. I can't explaint it but the shrimp just turn out perfect off of the mini.

@SGH ... the kind words are serious, the grumbling is in fun.  Keep the good cooks coming ... enjoy looking ... and, they serve as reminder of what is possible.

Will keep the M/MM recommendation in mind.  Want/need a little more hands on experience before going down the rabbit hole.  My dealer had a spring sale this year ... hoping he'll have one next year.
