For instance at this very moment I'm cooking a frozen burger patty on my medium egg.
What could we learn from this?
I hope this helps somebody.
Cooked 600 dome temp, lower direct.

Fixed it for you. I know who you are. You're the rotten bastid who posted... THE FORK!! You should be so ashamed, Really, this is a family place!
Wonder what would have happened if you had posted one like this?
Seriously, that was a great post. I still have the raspberry sauce on my to do list.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

I'm a non-contributor and proud of it. Life is much easier that way. All of you contributing type pukes can carry on and the rest of us will just ride the waves of eggdom.

Outside of being a smartass and posting memes I don't contribute much. I have enjoyed meeting eggheads all over the US. My best experience is being a part of the forum charity drive for Operation BBQ Relief. @cazzy set up a helluva raffle and we raised a tremendous amount of money to help people. That's amazing for a cooking forum where 99% of the members haven't met each other.
I do enjoy the blow ups more than anything. Mangrates was the best.

The raffle must of been before my time. I remember there was a guy who got his BGE stolen and everybody agreed to pitch in for a replacement. Before anybody donated someone replaced his egg. I'm sure it was somebody from the forum.henapple said:Outside of being a smartass and posting memes I don't contribute much. I have enjoyed meeting eggheads all over the US. What was this raffle you speak of?
@cazzy also setup the great rub/sauce exchange. Thank you @cazzy for your contributions.

@stemc33 We had a fund raiser and part was a raffle from vendors connected to egging. I'm afraid I can't remember all the involved.Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN

I found out I did, on accident. Never done that before. Luckily I could remove it! But now that I know how to do it, I'm dangerous. Or something.theyolksonyou said:caliking said:I wonder who flagged the first post??

@cookingdude555 I chalk most of it up to fat fingers or blurry vision.@henapple for all your antics, I think you may have the one of the biggest hearts here. I have never had the pleasure of meeting you, but some of the offers you make are impressive.

If you believe some of the stuff you read about me, so am I. Maybe that's why I like him. And you.

I want to thank the members for the help and advice! I have been Eggin for almost six months now and the funny thing is that most of the help, advice, and feedback have come from those of you who have commented on this thread. The help has been unbelievable. And I agree with @Jeremiah I do get to laugh also-Todd
