Yeah Matt here too. The only part of fall/winter I hate is the colds/flus.
Man, we're getting nailed.  My wife is a teacher and my little girl is in daycare.  Both germ factories.  Took my little girl to the doctor twice last week and I was sick for three of those days too.  Last week really stunk.

Not much lately, life has gotten in the way of any fires in my egg. She's a lonely, lonely widow. But I do make a mean pizza.

I cook on the egg at least 5 nights a week, but dont post cooks too often. I figure how many spatchcock chicken threads does one person really need to post :-?? Im only six months into eggin, maybe with more experience I will have more to offer.

I try to help when I can, and post cooks when it's not something that has already been done 1000 times before. Still learning everyday and trying to improve my basic cooking level and try to pass it on when needed.

What do you contribute to the forum? @Mikee‌, I posted What do you contribute a few weeks ago and the mods keep it from bumping, so I figured I'd start part II.

Thanks for acknowledging my posts. I been a member for a long time. While I do not post often, basically in spurts, I'm glad that you started a thread about my contributions. I'm here, at times, to help others such as yourself as needed. There are way more members who are better Eggers than myself. But when I comment I believe it has merit.

I really don't care about you being a weasel. The Mods can decide it I crossed the line. Just because you feel I infringed on your territory does not mean I did. Get over with it. Calling me out because you have don't like my honest posts, is uncalled for.

Either man up or find another forum.

I never attack a member until they take they take the first blow. A personal attack should get someone like you a time out or suspension.

@stemc33‌ We had a fund raiser and part was a raffle from vendors connected to egging. I'm afraid I can't remember all the involved.

Yep, before my time. Just by a month, but still before my time. Good stuff though. :-bd
