I try to post most of my cooks, they are not super gourmet, they are not always fancy, I use paper plates sometimes, and sometimes my kitchen isn't super clean, but they make me happy, I figure if my recipe or cooks help one guy make a wonderful meal that pleases him and his/her family, then it is all worthwhile.
Plus I have learned most all I know about egg cooking from this forum. I appreciate everyone's input.

Man, we're getting nailed. My wife is a teacher and my little girl is in daycare. Both germ factories. Took my little girl to the doctor twice last week and I was sick for three of those days too. Last week really stunk.Jeremiah said:Yeah Matt here too. The only part of fall/winter I hate is the colds/flus.------------------------------

Not much lately, life has gotten in the way of any fires in my egg. She's a lonely, lonely widow. But I do make a mean pizza.XL BGE, Blackstone, Roccbox, Weber Gasser, Brown Water, Cigars -- Gallatin, TN

I cook on the egg at least 5 nights a week, but dont post cooks too often. I figure how many spatchcock chicken threads does one person really need to post :-?? Im only six months into eggin, maybe with more experience I will have more to offer.Jacksonville FL

I try to help when I can, and post cooks when it's not something that has already been done 1000 times before. Still learning everyday and trying to improve my basic cooking level and try to pass it on when needed.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. Thanks for acknowledging my posts. I been a member for a long time. While I do not post often, basically in spurts, I'm glad that you started a thread about my contributions. I'm here, at times, to help others such as yourself as needed. There are way more members who are better Eggers than myself. But when I comment I believe it has merit.

I really don't care about you being a weasel. The Mods can decide it I crossed the line. Just because you feel I infringed on your territory does not mean I did. Get over with it. Calling me out because you have don't like my honest posts, is uncalled for.
Either man up or find another forum.
I never attack a member until they take they take the first blow. A personal attack should get someone like you a time out or suspension.

Yep, before my time. Just by a month, but still before my time. Good stuff though. :-bdSteven
