Salmon for the pasta

This last year was a sockeye fishery. It only happens every 4 years. So I dedicated some time and caught quit a few. SWMBO requested salmon with our pasta. So I filleted the fish. One half got S&P. garlic butter and lemon drizzled over it. The other fillet got some cabelas mesquite chipotle rub on it. 375* direct for about 17 minutes. Supper should good. Enjoy the week
