    I just can't see a tall Texan being any good at it. He did a nice job on the jeera rice in Salado all the same.

    P.S. - I realize rogan josh is probably technically a persian dish, but to me it's very similar to tikka masala: perhaps slightly inauthentic, but unbelievably good!!!
    Totally agree on the buffet. If you can find a good one it makes it so much easier to familiarize yourself with the vegetarian dishes. They generally don't use the best meats and fish in the non-veg curries. Man,I had chicken kebab for lunch and am just firing up the egg for tandoori chicken wings and lamb rack. Got some pappad to fry up and making a paneer raita for dipping,

    Edit: Just to be clear I meant they don't tend to use the best meat and fish in the buffet as compared to the menu.

    And they don't tend to bring the heat on the food at the buffet to accommodate more people. At least at the few that I've been to this was the case.

    I did see where he said some mess about me, but I didn't see that. I would have probably cussed him pretty good if I would have. Glad that I didn't see it. The last thing I saw is where he asked why all my cookers were black. I didn't have the heart to tell him that they all are not. Well at any rate he is gone. And it's probably for the greater good.

    Yah the one about @SGH pissed me off but having read other posts I new he could handle his own battle when needed. There were many others name's that came up that night and I'm glad the post is gone if they didn't see it no harm has been done.

    I did see some of what he said about me, just not that part. I had a lot on the smoker that night and wasn't on the forum as much as normal. In hind sight, I'm glad that I dint see it. I really don't understand the sheer hatred that a few have for me. I'm the one person who will gladly help anyone both on the forum and in person. Guess it just proves that there is no pleasing everyone. Hey, it's water under the bridge now.
