Very nice! I don't think you can go wrong with chicken and ribs. But I like how you threw in some shrimp and pork steaks just to make sure!

@SGHI think you forgot beef. I see poultry, pork, seafood, and even fruit/veggie (tomatoes, who knows).Anyway, I think this can be fixed.

I slice them about 1/4 inch then dip them in a milk and egg wash, the roll in seasoned fish fry and then deep fry at 375 degrees until golden brown. They are outstanding my friend.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.
