    If I'm sick or under the weather I may have leftovers. I cook very small meals usually so that I'm able to eat it all more often than not.

    Very nice! I don't think you can go wrong with chicken and ribs. But I like how you threw in some shrimp and pork steaks just to make sure!

    Edit - forgot to ask - how'd you do the tomatoes? How were they? Looks delicious from here.

    I think you forgot beef. I see poultry, pork, seafood, and even fruit/veggie (tomatoes, who knows).

    I slice them about 1/4 inch then dip them in a milk and egg wash, the roll in seasoned fish fry and then deep fry at 375 degrees until golden brown. They are outstanding my friend.

    Never made them but sounds great -- will try this for sure.
