Pork chop with fresh raspberry/balsamic vinegar sauce with awesome sides (Pic heavy)

Decent day cooking today. Got some thick chops yesterday to cook.
Brined this morning. Salt, pepper, brown sugar, lemon peel, and lemon juice for a couple of hours. Chops cooked about 450°. Quick sear, then to the top rack for raised direct.
Sides were asparagus wrapped with bacon, cabbage casserole, and twice baked potatoes. Couple that with a loaf of freshly baked bread too! Oh, forgot to mention, my Mom brought over fresh pound cake!
Did some homemade biscuits. Not on Egg.
Chicken tenders slathered with Dukes mayo and instant potato flake... Pretty good. Just placed in oven.

Forgot a few pictures...The start of the sauce... Fresh raspberries, orange juice, sugar, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, butter. I was wanting a little heat, but my Mom doesn't like hot, so I backed off it. Mom and wife loved the sauce.
Mine was on the left. I glazed mine some. Mom and wife didn't want theirs glazed as they feared the would like it. :(------------------------------

Haha.. Thanks @theyolksonyou... I have been up since 4:30 am.. Decide to make biscuits and gravy. Was getting hungry for lunch, so that was the tenders. Then of course dinner... @SGH will be proud.------------------------------

@bodski, cooked till about 150°-155°. I was doing 145° per USDA new regulation, but I for some reason didn't care for it at that temp.bodski said:Wow, what a spread! What temp did you cook the chops to?Thanks for the comment!------------------------------
