Awesome dude, I wonder if it was a knife and not a fork if it would still be gross

@tarheelmatt How long do you cook the asparagus. That looks Devine. Nice fork BTW )In the middle of Georgia! Geaux Tigers!!!!!

@bo31210, cook the asparagus long enough to render the bacon surrounding it. Essentially, you're cooking the bacon and the asparagus is along for the ride. If cooking only asparagus, cook until tender. Really does not take long. I like mine Al dente though. Also thanks for the compliment. That is my favorite fork.------------------------------

Matthew, would you mind posting the recipe for the raspberry sauce? I need quantities! I don't ad lib well.Fresh raspberries, orange juice, sugar, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, butterI assume it is brought to a boil and then simmered to reduce? Thinking I might add a chopped chipotle or two. Thanks!
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

@Carolina Q, I just throw stuff together brother, sorry about that. I will do my best to give you a ball park.Fresh raspberries - used about 3/4 of small plastic containers1/4 cup Orange juice1/8 cup sugar (use your judgement here, I had to add more initially). Brown sugar would go well too. 1/4 cup balsamicsalt - teaspoon to startpepper - teaspoon to startPut the above in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer. The berries will begin to break down. I took the back of my spoon to smash them well.Let that reduce to coat the back of spoon (not a fork and don't post that picture either, it is gross). Then add butter (1/2 to 1 tablespoon). Makes a great glaze or sauce.I wished I added the chipoltle. One should do it I believe.Hope this helps.------------------------------

Thanks. I meant to say I wanted to add jalapeño, not chipotle. All I've ever seen comes in adobo sauce. Which, like most processed foods these days, has a bit more sodium than I'm supposed to eat. Not horrible, but I try to cut back where I can. Jalapeños should work. I think.Oh, wait!! I just remembered I have a bottle of chipotle tabasco. Maybe I'll add a splash or two of that. And no spoon shots. Thanks again!!

Think I would trade one of my treasured Natural Lights for that meal.... That is very impressive...Maybe I can stop in on the way home for left overs since I come that way each day.

@stv8r Raising the grid to the felt line or above provides more cooking options. You will see options from an extra grid and four bolts up to an adjustable rig and more. Explore and see what you can come up with. And always ask if there is a question. There are a lot of great guys and gals here willing to help ya out.In the middle of Georgia! Geaux Tigers!!!!!

Can you post a photo of the fork by itself please? I think it deserves its own dedicated shot. Full length and fully exposed...
