Now, having admired your cook and your beautiful daughter, I have to admit I just can't see how shellfish and cheese go together. I've never tried it, so if you tell me I should i will explore...just goes against everything I've ever known. Of course, I also don't like lobster Newburgh, so I may just be picky... XL, JR, and more accessories than anyone would ever need near Olympia, WA
