It’s almost football season, so we’re perfecting our favorite tailgating and homegating recipes! Whether you like hamburgers, wings, brats, ribs or something cooked with beer, we have everything you’ll need for the perfect tailgate party. We always like inviting friends to join our tailgates because the EGG is about community and having fun, so make sure if you’re inviting company you make extra - the food will be gone before you know it! Don't forget dessert, either!

Big Green Egg headquarters has moved - come visit our new showroom and check out the museum and culinary center too! 3786 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30340

We need to get together for a party.  We have the same taste in adult beverages and meat.   That is if you are a UNC fan. rofl

Thinking about doing the corned beef recipe from Malcom Reed. Did you find it salty without soaking it?

    Thanks!

Hey Ed. Checked out your blogspot. I am totally trying the rib roast you posted. This looks spectacular. Only problem is finding a cut like that. Being in Fairbanks we are a little limited as far as getting quality cuts. Maybe try moose ribs instead. Thanks.

Just check with your local butcher if you have one. Fairly easy cook, once you get over the cost of the roasts LOL

Hi Hapster. I know you're pics come out great. I was wondering if you can give me a pointer or two on taking the shots with my ipad? It seems there is always at least one or two that rotate when I post. I take them straight and sideways but to no avail. Any suggestions?

      Thanks...

I only use the iPhone for posting pics and taking most of me food pics. I really don't know how that happens as I usually upload them from my Instagram album. You might try Google for an answer, I'm sure there is a pretty simple solution or button to be switched in settings...
