Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

Hi all
I made this stuffed pork tenderloin and it came out very nice.
I seasoned goat cheese, then prepred the tenderloin with cheese, bacon and jalapeño pepper slices for extra kick. Nice rub outside.
Here some pics..
Any good suggestion recipies for stuffing por tenderloin?
