My first pizzas off the egg. Man, oh man...awesome

Made our first egged pizzas and they turned out great!

Used the thin crust pizza dough recipe from the BGE site. For the kids just pepperoni and cheese.

Adults, buffalo chicken.

Cooked a chicken breast with DP JFW on the egg 400 raised direct to 165 IT. Caramelized some onions with garlic on the big clock in the kitchen. On the dough added Texas Pete buffalo sauce (lazy, I know, but why invent the wheel), the chicken breast, onions, mozzarella, and smoked gouda. Drizzled with ranch dressing.

Cooked everything on the stone @ around 600*. In a word, spectacular.
