I was playing around with raised setups last night. The small woo fits and the dome will close but taking out the fire ring and using the woo on the fire box seemed like the best option for the small woo. The KJ junior heat deflector with the KJ cooking grate is perfect though. The legs fit into the fire ring notches and the KJ grate is actually about a half inch bigger so it fits the egg better even. I am gonna call KJ today and see if they sell their deflector and grate individually. I will upload pics later with woo and deflector options.
@Lit I emailed them and asked about the Jr heat deflector (because I want one for my small egg).  They do sell it but you have to order through a dealer.  I couldn't find it online anywhere and haven't had a chance to call around to dealers.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

    I get the transportability.

I don't get the need if you have another M or L egg?

Is using less lump one of the benefits?

For me, you answered your second statement with the first. I'm all about the portability.

Yes, it used a lot less lump for my cook than my large would have used.

I'll be interested in more reviews. The more I think about it is 3 inches worth losing $ on a mini sale and spending additional $3-400.
This while new buzz thing needs to ware off and then Ill be thinking straight, logic says no.

    Next a handler/carrier and I'm done.

Tom has everything to make a Woo/KJ modification that would give a couple of height levels and a place for a stone (I am not a fan of platesetters). Are you thinking of a Mini Max?
Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

@Lit keep us posted on what you hear from the KJ ppl.  I'm interested as well.  My small woo is too big like you mentioned.  Taking the ring out, seems like the stone is to far down with not much room for the heat to get around.
