In the recipe She used a Hanger Steak

The Mustard and Garlic Rosemary rested in the fridg.3hrs.




Grilled @ 425* until interior temp. 128* for med. rare
We also made Turnip Gratin
Looks almost perfect

man, I don't think I've had a turnip for 20+ years. that looks really good, all of it. might have to try the turnips.
what's the difference between hanger steak and flatiron? do they cook the same?

flat iron steak with chimichurri sauce (basically a parsley pesto) and horseradish aioli (mayo+greek yogurt) in a wrap.YUM!!!!!!!not really a fan of those mustard sauces...
