Any suggestions for fajitas? I need a good marinade. I'm doing pork tenderloin and skirt steak fajitas on Saturday for the game.

Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Never done pork for fajitas but I marinade my skirt steak in beer, margarita mix or lime juice, minced garlic, chopped jalapeños, tbs of Penzy's Fajita Seasoning and a little canola oil. When I pull it out of the marinade I dust with a little more of the fajita seasoning as it goes on the egg. I always get compliments when I make it for guests. Good luck!LBGE Knoxville, TN

I follow the nakedwhiz's flank steak recipe and it's awesome on chicken as well. Tried to put a link to it but it won't work. You can find it on the nakedwhiz website under beef recipes.Alexandria, KY

I use this dry rub for all of my fajita cooks. A little bit goes a long way - we love it! I double or tripled the recipe and have it in a container. Squeeze a little lime over the food just before serving and I think you'll enjoy it.EDIT - if you need more of a marinade, I usually use soy sauce and butter along with this rub while cooking the meat.Large - Mini - Blackstone 17", 28", 36"

I do the meat in pineapple juice overnight. Then Fiesta brand fajita seasoning an hour before the egg. Never failed me yet. Fresh, real flour tortillas are important too. Homemade salsa or pico. Beers. Now I'm going to make fajitas this weekend...-----------I feel a whole lot more like I do now than I did when I got here.

IMHO this works for all fajitas.
