Fall is here, for today at least. Approaching 12 hours, still tough on the probing and reading 160s. Bumping temp up to 275 range.

@fushionhq - Man that brisket looks great! Got a pot of Cow Lick Chili on the LBGE myself. Looking forward to this one. I'll miss out on the leftovers though due to being on the road for the next four days. To me, the leftovers are even better than the first time out of the pot.L x2, M, S, Mini and a Blackstone 36. Brisket just came off. Total time of about 15-16hrs. IT was 195-200, and jello. Hard to get off the grill!!

The brisket looks awesome and brisket chili is coming up soon. I did kilbasa Octoberfest chili yesterday and it was very good and I always put beans in my chili, because I like them. Well the chili turned out great!! The brisket was OK. I didn't get any sliced pics. There were a pile of hungry vulchers standing around eating when I sliced. The brisket looked amazing and felt like jello when I pulled it. When I sliced it, there were some pieces that were great and some were just OK. I have leftover chili for ljnch, and were using the point for brisket tacos tomorrow!
