Never grilled lobster but this makes me want it. Quick question, when they are "alive" before grilling, how do you prep?

You take a large and sharp chef's knife and drive it down thru their heads and then slice downward thru the front of their heads to the cutting board... easier to Google it than for me to explain it in type... Tons of videos on how to kill them quickly and clean them before cooking, no matter what method you chose... grilling or boiling them.thetrim said:Never grilled lobster but this makes me want it. I've never really done them any other way, always tails though, either broiled on top of the shell or grilled. Very tasty over the charcoal flame... wouldn't hesitate to serve these to valued guests These were "new" shell lobsters that made it a little easier to get to the meat in the claws
