Sunday... New Shell Lobsters and Stuffed & Rolled Pork Roast

Going to give doing whole lobsters a shot today... Got them this morning at Wegmans, New Shell lobsters for $8/lb... Got two that I am planning on splitting down the middle and egging them direct..
Both recipes today are from "How To Grill" by Steven Raichlen...
The pork will cut jelly roll style, stuffed with some green olive tapenade, covered with bacon and tied. Couldn't get caul fat... Going indirect with the pork roast...
Probably will grill up some Brussels sprouts as well for a side...
Listening to the Tigers game, hope they can clinch today... Rooting for the Eagles in the late game at SF and want the Chargers to win since I picked them in my suicide pool...
