Jambalya Calculator - this is beyond cool!

I was going to cook up some jambalaya for the brisket camp but ran out of time. I cooked all the meat (on the egg or course) and refrigerated. Just never put it together.
This is what I was going to use to cook it. This is FREAKING AWESOME for making jambalaya for parties or events of any size.
Basically this is a spreadsheet where....hell, just read the article and download the Excel spreadsheet. It is BRILLIANT!!!

Anyway, I'm using it tonight to use this meat.

So, I was all into making jambalaya tonight and a friend came over and I ended up cooking brown butter perch with lemon zest and capers, mussels in garlic butter, toasted bread and salad. Sorry no egg involved. I'll cook it tomorrow. Maybe I'll even post something useful for a a change!
