awesome! I made my first batch of stuffed jalapenos this afternoon. only a few but they hit the spot with a cold beer. i used some leftover spatchcock chicken in the filling, mmmm good.what's that 2nd raised grid you are using @tarheelmatt ? looks pretty convenient.

The chicken was marinated in mayonnaise, some coffee, salt, and pepper. The results were a little meh. Inspiration was from a previous episode of Man, Fire, Food.

@SGH, I did put a hurting on the ABT's and sausage. The chicken was for Monday and Tuesday dinners.@jhl192, I try to lump stuff together that I know will be okay. Many items I cook are also series too.------------------------------
