I haven't put an egg together in a while. Was at a friends last night and he was trying to do his new XL. Everything was loose supplied i.e. no hinge assembly made up with the spacers just all the bits. Is this the way they are shipping now?

The Medium I put together this Spring was broke down in the box such that only the hinge assembly was assembled. Rings, handle and all nuts and bolts were in bags.
A poor widows son.
