A few tips to keep liquid. I used to run out all the time. make a spacer for your drip pan. I use one of the wife lady's cookie cooling racks. You could also use some tin wadded up. or add liquid as the old dries up.Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here. -

I ended up adding another beer, I didn't use spacers because the pan was on the grid not the setter? -
I only need a spacer if I put the pan on the PS.Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here.

Maybe It was running a little hotter than 300, came out great regardless of the liquid..... Cool technique that still develops bark and a ring in half the time.... I'm sold =D>
