T Bone Pizza

Some of you might have seen the Steak Date T-Bones we had last night. There was at least half left over of this very tender steak. I looked at what needed using in the fridge tonight, and there was a Publix pizza dough ball that was originally intended for bread sticks. Eureka, T-Bone Pizza.
No other exotic ingredients. Never ate a beef pizza before, even in a restaurant. Different, but pretty darned good. I think I might like a little sweeter sauce, but The Spouse says no. We both wanted to salt it a little. Will redo this one.

XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys

I agree with you, the spouse is wrong. Lose the usual tomato sauce & pick up a bottle of Peter Lugar steak sauce for your next go around, it is on the sweet/spicy side & goes beautifully.
