Mid-Week Cook: Tri-Tip and Veggies

My schedule hasn't allowed me to cook for a couple of weeks, but I worked from home today and took and advantage of the opportunity to cook.
Reverse seared a tri-tip Santa Maria style. Toss in some veggies and a glass of wine...nice meal.

@PNWFoodie sorry for the delayed response. I cooked indirect at around. 325 dome until IT was around 115 IT, then went direct on a CI grate already preheated in lower level, just to get really good sear (not long, maybe 30-45 seconds per side). Pull rare to medium rare temp.
Be careful with Tritip, I have found you have to stick a Thermapen in 2-4 places to make sure you have a good reading, not why why it is that way for this particular cut of meat.LBGE & SBGE. Central Texas. -
