14# Brisket - Street BBQ

Last night we had our street BBQ, I was asked to serve brisket. Lit the Egg at 2am put the brisket on at 3am ish. Spritzed every hour from 8am -1pm. Foiled at 1pm until 203F at 4pm. FTC and served at 630pm. Cooked between 240-257F grate. Not my best but not a failure either. Thanks for looking.

@SmokeyPitt, sorry just noticed that you asked about the rub, not sure where i got it but it sure works for me:3 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
2 tablespoons table salt
1 tablespoon granulated white sugar
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoons mustard powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons chili or ancho powder

Looks tender and juicy. Great smoke ring. My stomach just growled a lil bit. Been too long since I've done a brisket.
