Keepin it simple til I get a little better feel (and confidence) with the egg. Did do a pork butt the other day that got done about 3 hours later than I had hoped, lesson learned. So the SIL and his boy are dropping off my truck tonight and we will have some pulled pork and moink balls, sea turtle eggs and zucchini.

I know the pork butt doesn't count but here's a pic from tonight. thanks.......chuck

And it was prolly much less in MI than in Ontario!

The wife prepped the zukes for me and misread the recipe, posed to be pepper, garlic powder and parmesan cheese. She used salt in place of the garlic powder and they were discarded. First time on those but will be trying again.
