Options
Refinishing tables this week. The varnish we use is amazing. We can spray at 8 am and at 11 they can serve on it. Impervious to heat, grease, alcohol, etc...
Pics don't do justice to how bad these were.
Chemical strip
Sand twice
Spray and sand x 3
Additional coat
Using a catalyst driven varnish
What does this have to do with egging? Not much but, I did refinish my cutting board. It's used only for presentation.

Not to get technical, but according to chemistry alcohol is a solution...

Beautiful work Tony! I have a designated table for presentation ;-). How long did the process take? I'm guessing like many of the things I have had to do in restaurants that this had to be done after closing. Is that tougher than spar varnish?Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

@Mickey. ..idk but it's hard like a car finish if not harder. The big thing is its resistance to alcohol as far as restaurants go.
@TNegg. .I did but not till tonight after I left the house. Anytime your coming to the Boro let me know. I can package up so today and leave it on the front porch.
