Hatch Chili Chicken Tacos

These turned out great.

Chicken: generously dusted with Tsunami Spin, spatchcocked and cooked indirect 425. Skin came out crispy and super flavorful.

Hatch green chili salsa: fire roasted (raised direct) hatch chilies, Serranos, and tomatillos. Skinned and put in blender with onion, line juice, salt and pepper. Pulsed until correct texture and refrigerated

Tortillas: corn tortillas (store bought) and grilled.

Sides: cheese, lime, cilantro, avocado.

Leftovers: none.
