Cornish Hens 3 Ways. Deep Fried, Cast Iron Panned and hung on Meat Hooks.

Hope this turns out. Doing hens 3 different ways. Pics to follow as it comes together. Going to deep fry 2 of them, hang 2 of them on meat hooks in the big vertical and set 2 in a large cast iron pan in the vertical as well. I'm using Rockwood lump for the first time that was a gift from. @Thatgrimguy‌. Wish me luck.

    Are the hooks about 1/8" stock or larger?  I am considering making a set for my XL Egg with longer shanks and hang them from the dome exhaust or making a rack to sit on the grate in which case they would be considerably shorter.  It does look like a good way to smoke poultry or maybe sausages.  If I get it figured out I will post a picture of considerably less quality than some of the shutter masters here.
