If you like some zip in your breakfast sausage, this one fits the bill. Beef and pork, have not made with venison. We also like a bit more sage.Because these are uncased, can be done raised direct like a burger or on the flat top.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!

I would encourage you to start by adding salt pepper and sage to a small amount of grind and fry. See how you like it and then adjust. Add red pepper, fresh garlic, etc. you will know when you have the right mix.Columbus, Ohio--A Gasser filled with Matchlight and an Ugly Drum.

Simple way to try it out (and was my first cook on my egg) is making patties with ground pork and Penzey's breakfast sausage blend. Mix as described on the bottle. Pretty good that way. Additional ingredients can be added.
