Last night in florida

Well last night was our final night so I fired up my small egg and thru on some green beans and then some fish filets. Had a cobia, wahoo, and two swordfish. I just rubbed the wahoo and cobia with olive oil and then sprinkled with everglades. Ran out of oil so rubbed swordfish with mustard then sprinkled with everglades. Came out pretty damn good and I've never been a fan of grilled fish.

Threw a pic of my 3 year old barrett on sgh's lawnmower.

  • He's not 89. That was a typo and he kinda let that go along as a joke so I guess that did hurt his credibility.

@SGH If I ever have the good fortune of getting to your neck of the woods, I will. And if you ever find yourself in PA, there is room for you.

It's a shame I don't work for Westinghouse anymore. We use to work on the gas turbines in Lebannon PA just down the road from Hershey PA. Not sure I spelled that correct.^^^

  • Now its time to get that gasket on your egg and give that Ozark Oak a test run!!!

  • Here was some other fish I cooked on my egg the first nite we were in Florida. That small egg traveled well and I was SO glad I took it. The traffic in Destin was the worst I've ever seen so it was a huge ordeal if yku wanted to go out and eat, so we just stayed home and cooked. Im not even sure what kinda fish this was, but it was pretty darn good.
