I tried to post this once before but it ended up as a comment on another discussion, I`m sorry but I am computer stupid. Just a simple truck driver here.

 I have done 87 cooks on my large Egg so far and 85 turned out great The first cook I did was babyback ribs 3/2/1/ method and I did not like the mushy texture,the only other bad cook was a whole packer brisket,I need more practice on that. All the other cooks were great,Spatchcock chicken,overnight pork butt,Pork ribs no foil, Pig candy, rib eye steaks, Ring bologna, Pizza and more.I would like to thank everyone on here for the great advice and help to make all the cooks great.I do not have a camera that I can post on the internet with yet but am going to get one soon.So that is why no posts yet.
