Tonight...

Some blackened flounder filets and tuna steaks on in the CI skillet on the egg... And maybe a T Bone done caveman style. I sorta cleaned out the freezer a little earlier this afternoon. The T-bone was a Christmas gift from my mom, part of an Omaha steaks order, it's dry aged but an inch or less thick so it will be a quick cook.

All served with a big salad... It's really hot and humid so something quick and easy.

Got my MRI results yesterday... Spine looks like what you'd expect from a 40 something that did very physical labor for about 20yrs, the hard way :)
So, another 6 day course of roids and tomorrow I start a few weeks of PT . Doc wants to see if the back releases and the nerve gets better before we go to injections.
