Thanks all for the warm welcome! I have had my LBGE for about 4 weeks now, and I have cooked cedar-planked salmon, ribeyes, couple of spatchcocks, ribs, and right now I'm smoking a butt for a pulled pork sandwich later today. Most of these were recipes posted by good folks on this forum! I have always been a gas guy and never grilled on charcoal before.Love cooking on the egg - it is all about the experience. The lump, the fire, the chips, the grates, the smoke, the beer, and of course the end result!My wife says she loves the way I smell after I'm done with a cook ;-)A few pics to start my journey with you all...
