To be honest, it doesn't do much for chicken breasts but I thought I'd give it a whirl. I think chic breasts are hard to marinate - they're fairly dense. Personally I like 'em skin on and bone in. Got to keep the wife happy. No doubt about that. I like to give chicken breast a simple brine. It works wonders my friend. Hard to beat in my opinion. Brine and then rub with seasoning of choice.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

I made Margherita Chicken Skewers last year at the Owosso Farmers Market. I thought they were darn tasty. The chicken was already cut into skewer size so the marinade really got to work on them. Did you include the tequila?Flint, Michigan

@NPHuskerFL.. I rode my Harley from San Diego to Cabo and that's where I first tried Grand Marnier in a Margherita. Now it's SOPTony in Brentwood, TN.

Really like new cooks. ThanksSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.
