Saturday Lunch... Brats done in the Dutch Oven

Options
I decided to do this really easy but tasty Recipe..1 Red,Green,Yellow pepper. 1Red onion. 1 Yellow onion. 1 Habanera. 1 poblano. 1 Packet of Brats..1 bottle sweet chile sauce. 1Cup Balsamic vinegar.
Slice up all the vegetables and put in Dutch oven Layer the Brats in amongst the Vegetables, then pour the Chile sauce and balsamic over the mix.
I have the Egg set at about 300/325 dome..If you do this in an oven I cook lid on, but I am going to do lid off in the Egg as I figure the Egg is a big Lid..
Cook for aprox. 1 hour or until all the onions are el dente..Serve on Fresh Bread rolls..More pics to follow..
