Butts and Beans

Put on 2 Boston Butts this morning for my tennis teams match tonight, 16 guys plus spectators. I picked up a couple bone in's 19lbs total. Below the Butts are my baked bean and pinto bean recipe. Rubbed the Butts with Fat Boys BBQ Rub. Cooking at 300 grid may have to wrap around 3:00 to make sure they are done by 6:30. I plan on cooking the beans under the Butts for around 2 hours then refrigerate until 5:00 then back on the Egg to warm up.

30 oz Baked Beans
30 oz Pinto Beans
1 cup Brown Sugar

1tbs Worcestershire Sauce 

1tbs Apple Cider Vinegar 

1tbs Minced Garlic
1/4 cup Honey

1/4 cup Stubbs BBQ Sauce 

2 tbs Fat Boys Cajun Rub 

1/2 cup Ketchup
2 tbs Yellow Mustard
