New Egg Arrives

Finally had the New LBGE arrive and the folks set it up - also no charge. Anyone in the Aiken,SC/Augusta, Ga area need to go to Fireside to get supplies or purchase an egg. Very reasonable and some great folks... They also have Tues. night classes. The birth and clean before the first cook tomorrow!!!it will be a time for learning, patience, and hopefully some fine eating....

Thanks everyone... Such a great forum and support!!! I decided on St. Loius turbo ribs and went looking to get them. My gosh, after 3 super markets and the butchers I finally found them at Bi-Lo. I guess we need another forum on where to purchase the meat and chicken??? Hope to post pics. Of cook and will follow RRP....Heat at 330-350.... I have some chicken wings for Sunday unless I find Pork Shoulder/butt... The butchers had 1 left at 17 lbs -too big, also no ribs other than frozen...when I used to live in Boston the butcher had everything.... SC you have to move quick I guess....
